How can I view my enrolled courses?
Click on the profile icon at the top right corner of the website then click on the “My Learning” option from the drop down menu. It will take you to your dashboard and show you all your enrolled courses.

How do you register or sign up at Apex Learning?
Find the “Register” link on top right corner of the website to register for Apex Learning. You get a form when you click the “Register” button. Enter your name, phone number, and email address in the form. Next, select a password. After that, select “Register” . An email with an activation link will be given to you. Also, you will click on “Sign up with Google” and sign up using your Google account directly. After registering and verifying your email address, you can purchase any course from Apex Learning.
How much do the courses cost?
We make our classes affordable so that everyone has an opportunity to learn. Costs can vary depending on the course and how long it lasts. We offer sales and discounts with coupon codes and vouchers to help our students save even more money.
Can I access course materials offline?
Currently, our courses are exclusively accessible online through our platform. To access the course materials, you must have access to our website and an internet connection. It is not possible to download our courses for offline use. Apex Learning is made to offer easy online learning. You can access the course materials from anywhere: home, office, or your car. You just need a stable internet connection.

Depending on your device, location, and what country your Apex Learning account is registered in, your payment options may include the following:

How To Order Certificates?
To order certificates from Apex Learning, simply follow these steps::
- First, you have to log in to your Apex Learning with your account.
- To order a certificate, you can visit ➡️ this Link, or go to the “Certificate” section of the website or use the order option on your course dashboard.
- Once you are on the certificate order form, enter your completed course name and choose the type of certificate/ transcript you wish to order. Submit the form after completing all the required fields.
- Digital Certificates will be emailed to you on your email address.
- For hard copies of certificates, shipping costs will be added if your address is outside the UK. We offer free delivery inside the UK.
- It can take from 3 to 9 working days for Hard Copy Certificates to reach you after the Certificate processing is initiated.
How To Order Student ID Card?
To order a Student ID card from Apex Learning, follow these simple steps:
- Open your Apex Learning account and log in.
- Open your account dashboard and look for the “Student ID Card” section or the Order ID card option.
- Fill out the ID card’s required information, including your name, photo, and other requested details.
- Check all the information on your order by reviewing it.
- Go to the payment page and finish the payment via card or PayPal.
- Then, we will create and print your Student ID card and mail it to your address; if your order is completed, we will verify payment.
- If your address is outside the UK, shipping charges will be charged. Inside the UK, delivery is free of cost.
How about when I require help or have doubts while going through the lessons?

Can I receive a refund if I'm not satisfied with my course?
Courses you buy on Apex Learning are eligible for a refund within 14 days because we want you to be satisfied. If you are dissatisfied with a course for any valid reason, you may ask for a refund as long as your request follows the rules described in our refund policy. You have up to this time frame to cancel your order and get a refund for every payment you make.
Please be aware that you will lose your ability to cancel your course purchase and receive a refund if you use your voucher during the cancellation period. Ask us to start sending out the course materials.
Simply contact us during the cancellation period to start the refund procedure, and we’ll take care of it within 14 calendar days of us agreeing that you are eligible for it. We are committed to your satisfaction and providing a hassle-free return process.
